Second book I've read of Colleen Helme and it didn't disappoint me. I can't wait until September when her third book comes out. Don't miss her writing. I actually really enjoyed this. It reminded me of something I might have picked up when I was young and super into fantasy, but this was so well written it entertained me now. This is really a book for anyone- it's very clean and the story line is great. I'll definitely be picking up the sequel.
I liked this book and the story and the whole idea. The main character was strong and good I just wished we had known more of her thoughts and feeling earlier on in the book. I love the romances in this book. It was sweet and subtle and grew slowly threw the conflict. There were things about the execution of the book that I didn't like.
