I liked it. But if I'm being honest it's not something I would pick up again. Basically the entire book is about Arianna being doted upon by almost every young male she comes into contact with. Very little focus is on the actual plot, which is the legend. While I do recognize that this is the first in a series and therefore more of an introduction rather than a continuation of a plot, I felt more time needed to be spent on progressing.Instead, the only
I have read this before a long time ago. It is a well written and well thought out story. Ariannas world changes suddenly and everything she thought she knew is not as she thought! Thrust into a new world she is learning what she is, picking up friends along the way. Full of drama I love this story and am about to read book two again, I have recommended this story before and I still recomend it
gahhh, i went gaga on this one!recommend if you like vampire genre type books with a bit of spicy romance in this love POLYGON. no joke. when you think Devin is going to be her leading, Turner comes in too - then you think, OMG not another love triangle thing again! BUT ERRRRKK!! no, another boy comes in too. it just keeps getting interesting and interesting as you keep reading! <3 seriously cannot wait until the next one! ~NOW I'M OFF PLAYING THE WAITING GAME. this definitely sucks. This was a really interesting book. I particularly liked the concept of the four night humans - dearg-dul, baku, lycan and tengu. Unfortunately, a lot of the novel is dedicated to Arianna, the main character, being doted on and kissed by various boys, rather than on the plot, which was the interesting aspect of this novel. I still don't know what the legend of the blue eyes is, but I don't know if I want to read the second book to find out. Arianna has four boys surrounding her; Devin, Turner,
DNF, because I started dreading reading this and it was putting me into a reading slump.
