Narrative To Books Underestimated Too (Underestimated #2)

WARNING. This book contains: explicit sex scenes (some forced, some not), intense situations not meant for the faint of heart, abuse, adult language and content. Money is not the most important thing in the world; love is - so they say anyway. Fortunately, Drew loves money. He wasn’t capable of loving anything else. The more money he made, the more he needed to make. Always chasing a deal, that was the most important thing in the world to him. You rode Morgan’s side of the tracks. Now ride Drew’s. You know the things she went through, things nobody should go through. Is Drew sorry for his part in that? Probably not. He’s not sure things would have turned out the way they did had he been the cute little husband the critics expected him to be. He did do things that hurt her and regretted a lot of his choices, but he tortured himself, wanting to do them still. You think you know Drew? You don’t know squat. You know what his wife has told you. She couldn’t tell you more than that, she doesn’t know that part of Drew. You want a sappy cliché romance? Move on, this isn’t the story for you. You want all the gruesome details? Stick around, and then you can judge Drew.

Critique Regarding Books Underestimated Too (Underestimated #2)
5 StarsIf you haven't read Underestimated.. DON'T Read this review, it'll give part of the story away. UT is the sequel and is for a good portion in Drew's point of view in a way (you'll have to read it to know what I mean).. We get to see Drew's side of Underestimated along with how their life is after the first book.Things aren't all happy and flowers.. which they shouldn't be for this couple. They are complex, different and unique. Just like any normal marriage. They have their own issues

Underestimated Too opens with Morgan and Drew living a happy life with their first child, Nicholas. On the surface, all appears to be under control but Drew and Morgan quickly fall into the same destructive patterns as before. The biggest change is now they are parents and how Drews violent behavior will affect their son. With many questions still looming from Underestimated, primarily about Drews past, the story continues as told in Drews words during counseling sessions with their chosen

This was a fantastic read. I love Jettie's writing. This was second book about Drew and Morgan Kelley and I loved to read more about them. Here we got Drew's point of view of what happened between him and Morgan. I have to say it was creative to have Drew recount his POV during his 'talks' to his therapist and and his wife. Drew also talks about his terribble life with his mother and Anthony. I hated that monster! I was so worried that they would end separately becauce Drew was so damiged and

Wow....very frustrating book....this picks up 6 months (I think) after the end of book 1. Most of the book is from Drew's POV. We find out more about him and his past...which is totally messed up. (Still no excuse for the abuse that he inflicted on his wife). The strange part is, that though he is an abuser, I liked him better than I liked her (Morgan). She got on my nerves BIG time. She is an abused wife, yet continues to make excuses for her husband. I could have gotten over that....what

When I read the synopsis I though this book was going to be from Drews POV, so I was disappointed at first. But then I was pleasantly surprised how his story was told through their therapy sessions. The book had different tone than the previous one. Even though it was dark, it was lighter and amusing at times. It was funny how Morgan was Andand And By his story. I felt all those emotions with her.Favorite moment: When they peed on his fathers grave. It broke all the tense, somber moments from
